In order to qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet certain criteria. It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for sending us back. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us immediately upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues. We will assess the problem and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return. This includes products damaged by the customer, unless sufficient proof is provided, as well as items purchased during sale events, stock clearance sales, or with the use of discount codes.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest solution is to return the original item and place a separate order for the desired replacement. Please note that a 35% restocking fee will be applied for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, a 30% deduction will be made from the original amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, as it may take 3-12 days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
